  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless integration with our operations.
  • Employ advanced modeling tools to simulate and assess bioreactor systems, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in bioprocess equipment, with a strong understanding of bioreactor functions and components.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
