Job Summary:

Volt is seeking a skilled Production Worker to join our team in Algona, IA. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating equipment to manufacture customer products, monitoring quality, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate equipment such as saws, nail guns, staplers, hammer, band cutters, bander, pallet jack, and tape measure
  • Monitor product quality and notify lead or supervisor of any issues
  • Complete production paperwork accurately and completely
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • Fill out productivity sheets and shipping tags legibly

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of hand tools and tape measure
  • Experience in a production environment
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs
