Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Ampcus is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to serve as the primary interface to business users, assisting the IT development team in understanding business processes, workflows, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support existing applications and configure new functionality on an enterprise-wide platform.
  • Develop and manage project plans, status tracking, and reporting.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to define requirements and resolve issues.
  • Lead/managing projects in accordance with the Agile methodology.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • An analytical mind with strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing project plans and project status reporting.
  • Experience with gathering and documenting user requirements.
  • Experience working within a team environment, as well as independently.
