Position Overview:

  • Patient-to-nurse ratio: 6 patients for every nurse
  • Specialized cardiac unit catering to post-operative care for CABG/open heart surgery patients, TAVRs, and various cardiac procedures
  • Management of cardiac drips and chest tubes, with no vasoactive drips involved
  • Diverse patient acuity levels, ranging from medication adjustments to intricate cases

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Valid nursing license in Arkansas
  • Certification in Basic Life Support
  • Preferred prior clinical nursing experience
  • Preferred certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support
