The ideal candidate will:
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Possess experience collaborating with Software Engineering, Design, QA, and various other departments to oversee and monitor deliverables.
- Engage deeply with product specifications and requirements, while pushing the boundaries to innovate and strategize new features, all while fostering relationships to achieve results.
- Seize the unique opportunity to launch upcoming products that inspire and delight millions of Apple customers daily.
- Bring a minimum of 5 years of Engineering Project Management experience, successfully delivering software and services throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Have prior experience managing projects utilizing Agile software development methodologies.
- Enjoy tackling technical challenges while collaborating with diverse teams to build and maintain relationships that navigate delivery dependencies.
- Be a versatile problem solver equipped with analytical skills to address various challenges in complex environments.
- Exhibit creative and critical thinking abilities, capable of deconstructing problems, resolving constraints, and guiding teams to find effective solutions.
- Be a self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and a technical orientation.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, able to distill and convey meaningful information to relevant audiences.
- Appreciate and embrace the technical challenges that arise during software delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent education in a related field.
Compensation & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one component of our comprehensive compensation package, determined within a range. This structure allows for growth as you develop within your role.
The base pay range for this position is between $136,300 and $248,700, with your specific pay depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.Employees may also be eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
