Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Server to join our team at Four Seasons. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests during banquet events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve guests during banquet events, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Set up and break down banquet rooms, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Ensure all tables are properly set with linens, silverware, and glassware.
  • Assist with food and beverage service, working closely with the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in banquet areas, adhering to Four Seasons' high standards of quality and service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Banquet Server or in a related hospitality role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
