Position Summary:

The Retail Associate plays a crucial role in executing front-line sales efforts, delivering an exceptional fan experience, and ensuring operational excellence alongside flawless store execution. Retail Associates will achieve results through effective communication and a proven ability to collaborate as part of a successful team. This role requires a part-time commitment, which may include shifts during days, evenings, weekends, extended hours on game days, and during events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome fans and engage in conversations to guarantee a superior shopping experience.
  • Provide recommendations based on observations and interactions with fans.
  • Uphold sales floor and stockroom standards with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Process sales transactions using the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS).
  • Exhibit the highest standards of professionalism and customer service to ensure the Fanatics Brand and Team/League are positively represented.
  • Comprehend Fanatics Values and their relevance to the Retail Associate role.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Leadership team.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old, with a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in retail and/or sales is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly in a dynamic environment.
  • Foreign language skills are advantageous.
