Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Project Execution: Coordinate and manage project activities, including project team management, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress, identify and address deviations from the project plan, and take corrective action as needed.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 4-7+ years of experience in a medical device industry, with 3+ years of dedicated project management experience in a regulated environment.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, project planning and management skills, verbal and written communication skills, and organizational skills.
