Job SummaryThe Clinical Administration Director will be responsible for leading the clinical administration team in developing and implementing policies and procedures that promote quality patient care. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote quality patient care;
- Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical administration team;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination;
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical administration or related field;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills;
- Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment;
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategies for improvement.
