As a Retail Merchandising Specialist for Acosta, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our clients' brands are prominently displayed and available in Walmart stores. Your role will involve executing merchandising tasks that connect consumers with their favorite products in one of the largest retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work schedule may vary from Sunday to Saturday, based on location-specific needs.
  • Full-Time: Flexible schedule, minimum of 5 days a week (Friday required).
  • Part-Time: Flexible schedule, 2-4 days (Friday required).
  • Start your day between 6 AM and 9 AM, working until 6 PM (no evening shifts).
  • Locate and manage merchandise in the backroom, ensuring products are stocked and displayed correctly.
  • Organize products on shelves for optimal presentation.
  • Handle promotional materials and signage for in-store displays.
  • Utilize a company-issued mobile device to complete tasks and navigate multiple applications.
  • Document completed work with photos to showcase your achievements.
  • Represent Acosta and its clients within assigned Walmart locations.
  • Collaborate with Walmart management and staff to ensure effective execution of tasks.
  • Maintain communication with your direct manager for support and guidance.

Success Factors:

Take ownership of your assigned store(s) and become a trusted representative of Acosta. Build strong relationships with store personnel and leverage nationwide support from the Walmart team.


Requirements:

Reliable transportation is essential for traveling to various retail locations as part of your daily responsibilities.
