Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet all guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, whether by phone or in person.
  • Order Processing: Place orders for guests in-person and over the phone, upsell, and maintain knowledge of menu and sauce descriptions, along with new items and promotions.
  • Accuracy and Presentation: Verify the accuracy and presentation of all guest orders before delivery to guests to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions and balance of register at end of shift.
  • Teamwork: Assist in maintaining a clean workplace, keep Front of House (FOH) clean and stocked, including restrooms, and restock products during periods of downtime or as directed.
  • Food Safety: Practice safe food handling procedures by following all safety and sanitation guidelines and promote safety in the workplace.
  • Appearance and Attitude: Maintain a professional and presentable appearance according to the company's Uniform Standards and leave guests with a long-lasting and positive impression of their WINGSTOP experience.
Requirements
  • Ability to Learn: Ability to learn quickly and understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build relationships with guests and team members.
  • Experience: Cashier and restaurant experience a plus
