Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience and overseeing a team of Associates at the front of store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Create a positive internal and external customer experience, promoting a culture of honesty and integrity, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Team Leadership: Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles, assign registers, and support and respond to POS coverage needs.
  • Store Operations: Ensure Associates execute tasks and activities according to store plan, prioritize as needed, and communicate accurately and effectively with management and Associates.
Requirements
  • Availability: Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of merchandising techniques, capable of multi-tasking, and strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience: 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

This position has a starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
