Job Summary

This is a part-time, temporary position that may involve teaching courses across all levels in Ethnic Studies. The successful candidate will have a master's degree in the Ethnic Studies field or a related area and evidence of equity-minded focus and sensitivity to diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ethnic backgrounds.

Responsibilities
  • Teach assigned classes under the supervision of the area dean
  • Assess student learning outcomes
  • Maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge in their regular teaching field
Requirements
  1. Master's degree in Ethnic Studies or a related area
  2. Evidence of equity-minded focus, responsiveness, and sensitivity to diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ethnic backgrounds
Estimated Salary

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
