Store Manager

Guitar Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail business in [location]. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Manage store budgets, including labor, inventory, and expenses
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- 4+ years of retail management experience
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience leading teams
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Understanding of retail systems and processes
