Job Title: Store Manager

Guitar Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail business in [location]. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of retail management experience
  • 2+ years of supervisory or management experience leading teams
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Understanding of retail systems and processes
