Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles with efficiency and accuracy, adhering to dealership standards.
- Test-drive vehicles and diagnose issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
- Communicate with customers and provide estimates for additional repairs.
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Service Technician or equivalent.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with ASE Certification required.
- B-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
- Dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills, with ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to improve.
- Ability to learn new technology and procedures.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
