Join Our Team as a Shift Leader

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at Panda Express Inc. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of associates to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service
  • Lead a team of associates, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellent performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with management to achieve sales goals and improve profitability
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in food service or operations preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality service
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage cash and inventory
  • Food safety certification and local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense
