Bakers and Mixers

Crumbl Cookies is a rapidly growing company with a presence in over 900 locations across the United States. Founded in 2017 by two cousins, the company has established itself as a leader in the cookie industry with its unique concept, popular menu, and ambitious growth plan.

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Shift Leads, Mixers, and Bakers. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting customers, operating kitchen equipment, making dough, and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Assist customers with their orders and provide excellent customer service.
• Operate various kitchen equipment, including ovens and mixers.
• Prepare dough, ball dough, frost, and decorate cookies.
• Lead and motivate other team members to achieve high-quality standards.
• Maintain proper storage of food products and cleanliness of the facility.

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Energetic and enjoy happily greeting and serving customers.
• Dependable and able to meet shift commitment.
• Must be 18 years or older for Mixer or Shift Lead position.
• Must be 16 years or older for Baker position.
