Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at AnthroMed Education. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in developing the communication skills of K-12 students. Your expertise will help students overcome speech and language challenges and thrive academically.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech needs and identify growth areas for students based on academic impact.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
  • Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to identified students.
  • Work closely with classroom teachers and other disciplines to meet students' speech and language needs.
  • Monitor student progress through observations and data collection, allowing for any necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Maintain open and regular communication with caregivers, sharing updates, and offering strategies to promote continued growth at home.

Qualifications:
  • School-based and/or pediatric experience working with K-12th grade children.
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Valid DE SLP license from the Delaware Board of Speech-Language Pathologists.
