Speech-Language Pathologist

Soliant is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and treating students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluation and Assessment: Perform detailed evaluations to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students.
- Treatment Planning: Design and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's specific needs.
- Therapeutic Services: Provide direct therapeutic services in diverse educational settings, including individual and group therapy sessions.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, school staff, and families to integrate speech and language goals into daily classroom activities and support student progress.
- Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain precise and confidential records of student progress, therapy sessions, and IEP documentation.
- Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in speech-language pathology through ongoing professional development.
- Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Licensure and Certification: Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Services Provider license with a Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement, and Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Skills and Abilities: In-depth knowledge of speech and language development and disorders, excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively with students, teachers, parents, and other school staff.
