We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Cellular Sales. This is a full-time position that requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft 360.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting and Data Management: Produce regular reports and distribute them to the Regional President and team leads.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Plan and arrange meetings, travel, and events for the Regional President, including the CES Conference and Holiday Party.
- Financial Management: Reconcile the purchase card for the Regional President and approve all expense reports.
- Training and Development: Update training materials used in new Sales Rep classes.
- Lease Administration: Assist in resolving lease issues.
- Event Planning: Coordinate outside sales events and trade shows.
- After-Hours Support: Answer calls from team leads and RPs after hours when urgent situations arise.
- Multitasking: Demonstrate the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- A minimum of $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
- High School diploma or GED required; property management and/or construction experience preferred.
- Excellent computer skills, written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft 360.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and perform repetitious hand/eye movement.
This is a sedentary role with some filing required. The ideal candidate will be able to sit for long periods, bend, stand, or use a stool as necessary.
This is a full-time position with days and hours of work being Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Travel is estimated at 1-10%.
