We are seeking a skilled Procurement & Inventory Coordinator to join our team at Gold Wynn Management LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for procuring materials from preferred vendors, maintaining organized stock of inventory, and ensuring the accuracy of incoming orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure materials from preferred vendors based on lists obtained from maintenance supervisors and facilities manager
  • Maintain organized stock of inventory for commonly used materials
  • Receive incoming and inspect orders to ensure the count is correct and the materials are without damage
  • Keep an organized and safe work environment
  • Collaborate with various internal departments and external customers as needed
  • Update inventory daily and obtain lists from supervisors of materials needed
  • Coordinate production capabilities with materials on hand and ability to forecast future demand based on customer needs
  • Allocate supplies to areas assigned each day or as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in purchasing/warehouse/inventory management roles
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be able to make quick decisions
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook is necessary
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
