WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the exceptional standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our premier resort facilities.
  • Keep cleaning equipment in optimal working condition.
  • Maintain cleanliness in shared areas and staff zones.
  • Identify and report any potentially hazardous or unsafe conditions to the appropriate maintenance teams.
  • Welcome guests with a positive and enthusiastic service attitude.
  • Actively participate as a team member within the housekeeping division and across other departments.
  • Monitor team performance quality and provide continuous training to uphold our standards.
  • Onboard and train new housekeeping staff.
  • Conduct safety training sessions.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS ARE REQUIRED?

Essential Experience
  • Familiarity with cleaning techniques suitable for various surfaces within the resort.
  • Ability to read and understand all communications, warnings, and instructions.
  • Capability to lift and/or move items weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Comfortable using powered cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet extractors, window-cleaners, and aerial work platforms.
  • Ability to navigate all areas of the resort through walking, using lifts, or taking stairs.
  • Knowledge of the safe handling and application of various cleaning agents.
  • Minimum age requirement of 16 years.
  • Physical capability to climb, kneel, reach, and twist.
  • Ability to comprehend and adhere to the Employee Handbook, performance and appearance standards, and relevant state or federal regulations concerning the housekeeping department.
  • At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping.
  • Preferred supervisory experience of 1 year.
