Program Director Family Strengthening Role

In a dynamic environment, we are seeking an exceptional Program Director to lead our Family Strengthening Program at St. Vincent's. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee program development, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.

Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Oversee program operations, supervise staff, and ensure effective implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
- Program Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement program components, budgets, and administrative procedures.
- Client Services: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of client services, including intake, case management, and clinical services.
- Fundraising and Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with external funding sources, community agencies, and organizations to promote collaboration and support program growth.
- MFT or LCSW license through the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and at least two years of licensure.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in a social work or health service field, preferably in psychology or education; minimum of five (5) years of experience in an administrative role managing a team.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Competitive Salary: $85k - 100k per year.
