Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team at Quadrant, Inc. as an Employment and Labor Attorney. The successful candidate will have a strong background in employment litigation and counseling, with a proven track record of success in handling complex employment matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle employment litigation matters, including representing clients in court and negotiating settlements.
  • Provide employment counseling to clients, including advice on employment law and best practices.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and writing skills in legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs.
  • Work independently on assigned tasks, including research and drafting of legal documents.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment, including working with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
  • Traditional labor expertise is a plus, though not mandatory.

Requirements:

  • JD and admission to the California Bar.
  • 2+ years of experience in employment litigation.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Experience in employment counseling and employment litigation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
