Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Renesas. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of financial planning and analysis activities, including budget and forecast planning, financial modeling, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and supporting analysis to inform business decisions
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to inform business strategy
  • Develop and maintain financial planning and analysis processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar ERP systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels
