Job Summary

The Customer Data Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating customer data across various systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer data to identify discrepancies and ensure account accuracy
  • Perform customer account maintenance, including updating customer attributes and implementing requested tasks
  • Administer strategic account price lists and customer exceptions for vendor or product allocation programs
  • Review customer data to initiate and conduct account merge requests and perform customer data cleansing projects
  • Provide guidance and support to sales reps, credit teams, and other stakeholders on customer data processes

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant work experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer data maintenance, preferably with knowledge of CRM/Salesforce
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with others

Work Environment

This is a remote work position, requiring the ability to work independently in a home-office setting with minimal distractions. No travel is required.

Compensation

Salary may vary depending on factors such as confirmed job-related skills, experience, and location. The pay range for this position is $16.98 - $28.29.
