Position Overview:

We are seeking an On-Call Banquet Server who will embody genuine care and attention to our guests' needs. In this role, you will be tasked with preparing designated tables for various banquet events. Compensation: Hourly rate of $21

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate pride in your organizational skills and work efficiently while completing pre-event tasks as directed by the Banquet Captain or Managers.
  • Consistently apply service standards to surpass the expectations of guests and fellow team members.
  • Remain attentive and proactive in addressing all guest needs during events and related duties.
  • Familiarize yourself with and adhere to all applicable liquor liability regulations.
  • Pay close attention to details outlined in Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
  • Showcase your attention to detail while setting tables, carrying trays, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of two years in customer service, preferably in a similar environment, with a solid understanding of food and beverage service. Must meet the legal age requirement for serving alcohol.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to create a fun and friendly atmosphere during guest interactions.
  • Energy: Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment that supports both bar and server operations.

A successful candidate will be a people-oriented individual who is adaptable with their schedule, enjoys serving others, and excels at multitasking while maintaining accuracy.

Certification: TIPS certification is required.

Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a relevant role.
