Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited vocational nursing program and possession of a current Texas nursing license is required
  • Experience or training in geriatric, psychiatric, or medical/surgical nursing is preferred
  • Understanding of human development, including aging processes, and the social and health challenges faced by older adults
  • Exhibits a service-oriented mindset, takes initiative in resolving issues, and actively seeks improvements
