Surveillance Specialist

At Hard Rock International, we are seeking a highly skilled Surveillance Specialist to join our team. As a Surveillance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our gaming operations by monitoring and recording all activity on the gaming floor.

• Monitor and record all activity on the gaming floor, including table games, slots, and cage activity.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and gaming regulations.
• Assist in the coordination and resolution of emergency situations.
• Disclose irregularities and variances from procedures to management.
• Perform cleaning and sanitizing duties as required.

• High school education or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience in a security-related field or gaming-related position.
• Analytical, observational, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts.

• Must obtain and maintain all licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Indiana Gaming Commission.
• Must successfully pass background check and drug screening.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
