At Hard Rock International, we are seeking a highly skilled Surveillance Specialist to join our team. As a Surveillance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our gaming operations by monitoring and recording all activity on the gaming floor.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and record all activity on the gaming floor, including table games, slots, and cage activity.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and gaming regulations.
- Assist in the coordination and resolution of emergency situations.
- Disclose irregularities and variances from procedures to management.
- Perform cleaning and sanitizing duties as required.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of experience in a security-related field or gaming-related position.
- Analytical, observational, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts.
- Must obtain and maintain all licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Indiana Gaming Commission.
- Must successfully pass background check and drug screening.
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
