- Prepare and submit client invoices and submittals in compliance with contract requirements and project schedules.

- Maintain accurate records of subconsultant contacts, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with other departmental teams to ensure seamless project accounting operations.
- Ensure timely completion of time sheets and expense reports.
- 2-year degree in accounting with 3-5 years of experience or 4-year accounting or related degree with 2 years of experience.
- Experience in cost accounting or project accounting within the engineering industry.
