Cleaning and Sanitizing

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team at Ark Resources, LLC as a Janitorial Services Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing designated areas, including offices, bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Your tasks will include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain a clean and healthy environment.

Trash Removal and Recycling

As a Janitorial Services Specialist, you will also be responsible for emptying trash bins and disposing of waste in appropriate receptacles. This includes ensuring that all trash and recyclables are properly sorted and disposed of in a manner that meets our company's sustainability standards.

Floor Care and Maintenance

You will be responsible for maintaining and caring for different types of flooring, including carpets, tiles, and hardwood floors. This includes routine cleaning, buffing, waxing, and polishing to ensure that our facilities look their best.

Maintenance and Repair

In addition to cleaning and sanitizing, you will also be responsible for performing minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and fixing leaky faucets. You will also be responsible for reporting larger maintenance issues to our supervisors.

Restocking and Inventory

You will be responsible for keeping track of cleaning and restroom supplies and ensuring that they are adequately stocked for daily use. This includes ordering supplies as needed and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Security and Compliance

As a Janitorial Services Specialist, you will also be responsible for ensuring that doors and windows are securely locked and reporting any security concerns or breaches to our supervisors. You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to cleaning and sanitizing.
