Apprentice Technician Program

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Apprentice Technician to join our team at Construction Machinery Industrial, LLC. As a key member of our service department, you will play a critical role in the repair and maintenance of our heavy equipment fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare mechanical parts and components for repair
- Assist in the disassembly and assembly of equipment
- Repair and maintain small tools and equipment
- Collaborate with experienced technicians to gain knowledge and skills
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of technical manuals and service publications
- Prepare and submit accurate service reports and documentation
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in mechanical repair or related field
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles
