Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Vienna, VA. As a Geriatric Speech Therapist, you will provide proactive and evidence-based therapy to older adults, helping them to achieve their full potential and maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Geriatric House Calls to older adults, delivering personalized therapy services in the comfort of their own homes.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, tailored to the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in geriatric care, participating in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC).
  • Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
  • Basic computer literacy skills.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to wear PPE, including masks, face shields, goggles, gloves, and gowns.
  • Integrity, compassion, and enthusiasm.
