Sidekick Therapy Partners is a leading pediatric private practice in Tennessee and North Carolina, serving over 4,000 children each week in 25+ school districts, our outpatient clinics, and via teletherapy.

We're currently hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC-SLPs) for the school year and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform professional duties and adhere to the standards of care set by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), as well as state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Work with children in schools, providing 1:1 therapy sessions without the burden of IEP meetings.
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 35 students.
