Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AV Technician to join our team at Indian Township Solutions. As a key member of our Government AV/Video Teleconferencing (VTC) production and installation department, you will work closely with Engineers and Account and Project Managers to deliver high-quality AV solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all life-cycle phases of a project, including providing accurate project documentation
  • Load, test, and troubleshoot control systems such as AMX, Crestron, and Extron
  • Load, test, troubleshoot, and manipulate DSP files including ClearOne, Biamp, and Extron
  • Configure advanced AV equipment including Extron, Crestron, AMX, CISCO, ClearOne, and Biamp
  • Fabricate, terminate, and install AV and IT cabling; RJ-45, DB-9, 3.5mm, and XLR
  • Configure video conferencing solutions from Polycom and CISCO
  • Test, commission, troubleshoot, and diagnose various AV systems
  • Perform site surveys and document requirements for Engineers and PMs
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience leading a team
  • Experience providing accurate project documentation for end-users and management
