Job Overview



To perform daily repairs and maintenance on restaurant equipment, and property within assigned stores and to ensure timely and accurate completion of Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedules, while providing ongoing PM training at the store level. This position involves 100% day/local travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform emergency and cosmetic repair on restaurant equipment and property, and perform necessary modifications to equipment installations.
  • Perform preventative maintenance service as outlined in PM program and perform regular inspections of all assigned restaurants and report the condition of equipment and property as well as maintenance status.
  • Utilize the TechConnect system to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, work orders, purchase orders, capital appropriation request forms, and other administrative duties as necessary. Maintain records of store-level equipment inventory, spare parts, and company-owned tool inventories. Provide reports as requested.
  • Assist the supervisor with recommendations regarding capital budget expenditures for equipment, building, and property repair or replacement. Assist with the installation of equipment resulting from special projects.
  • Maintain current service and warranty repair records and prevent unwarranted repair expenses or violation of warranties.
  • Perform duties as required for store openings, special events, fairs, and the store closing program. Assist in the transfer, sales, and/or disposal of equipment.
  • Perform other job-related duties as may be assigned or required.
Required qualifications:
  • 16 years or older
