Caregiver L1MA

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver L1MA to join our team at New Perspective Senior Living LLC. As a Caregiver L1MA, you will play a vital role in providing daily quality care, engaging activities, and enrichment programs to our residents, assisting them to live life on purpose.

• Provide Personal Care: Assist residents with daily personal and medical care routines, adhering to individual care plans.
• Engage Residents: Provide physical fitness, brain fitness, and social/spiritual enrichment activities to promote mental and physical well-being.
• Monitor Resident Health: Observe residents and report any changes in physical, mental, and emotional condition to the nursing team.
• Document Resident Care: Record proper medical and health documentation per established procedures.
• Maintain a Clean Environment: Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment and living areas.
