The CNA or Caregiver provides personal care services, including hygiene, housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, laundry, bed linen changes, companionship, and maintaining a safe environment for clients to live in.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with full coverage auto insurance
- At least six months to one year of paid work experience working with the geriatric population or similar care and responsibilities
- Ability to work with clients with Dementia and Alzheimer's is preferred
- Ability to use Gait belt and Hoyer Lift preferred
- Maintain required yearly training/education as mandated by agency
