At Optum, we're dedicated to delivering care and improving health outcomes for millions of people worldwide. As a Client Care Representative, you'll play a vital role in connecting patients with the care, pharmacy benefits, data, and resources they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring seamless communication and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage communication between hospitals, emergency rooms, and other healthcare providers as needed, maintaining confidentiality of patient records.
  • Record and manage patient care within the Electronic Medical Record system.
  • Work a variable schedule, including days, evenings, nights, or weekends, to support our 24/7 operations.

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of experience working in a call center environment.
  • Ability to operate phone systems, computers, and other business equipment.
  • Medical Assistant experience or 1+ years of medical receptionist experience.
  • Ability to work onsite at Western Reserve Hospital.
