Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $74,400 - $137,500, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. Job Description

As an Electronics Systems Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing advanced technical expertise to champion return on engineering investment and identify new business opportunities.
  • Participating as a technical lead on large, complex customer engagements involving broad, system solutions.
  • Partnering with the sales team to provide advanced technical support and consulting services, promoting demand creation.
  • Championing return on engineering investment, design win priorities, initiatives, and promotions by obtaining buy-in and support from sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • BSEE or equivalent degree and 5+ years of related work experience.
  • Hardware/system design experience and/or electromechanical experience.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience solving complex problems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work independently and receive minimal guidance.
