We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. As a Sales and Service Representative, you will be responsible for generating new sales, retaining existing members, and growing our overall book of business through our multiple product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer-specific needs and generate new sales
  • Effectively overcome objections to close the sale and/or retain the insured
  • Meet or exceed targets as defined in the sales incentive plan and as assigned by the Insurance Agent's manager
  • Conduct insurance reviews for clients to identify suitable products
  • Use provided tools and underwriting guidelines to assess risk, recommend products, and quote, bind, and issue policies
  • Engage in market-based interactions to solicit new business, create and expand business networks, and build rapport with customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests relating to insurance, membership, and financial products

Requirements:
  • Current Property & Casualty Insurance license
  • Current Life Insurance Sales license
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory MVR
  • Ability to qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products and AAA Life Insurance
