Dynamic IDD Services Manager for Community Care

">We are seeking a seasoned Client Services Program Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional care and services to individuals with disabilities.

- The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for person-centered care.
- You will oversee the integration of health, community inclusion, and behavioral support services to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Effective partnership with families, guardians, regulatory agencies, and community support systems is crucial to advocate for clients' rights and preferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized service plans that prioritize clients' goals related to health, community involvement, and personal development.
- Provide on-call support for behavioral incidents, staffing issues, and medical emergencies.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews, ensuring timely follow-up on plans of correction and medication adherence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience working with clients with disabilities.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range of $67,725 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Location
This position is located in Everett, WA, with occasional travel between offices, programs, and meetings required.
