We currently have full-time positions available for Assistant Teachers to become integral members of our committed team.

Employee Benefits:

• Compensation: $19.00 per hour
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday with multiple shifts available

Operational Hours:

• Our facilities operate Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 5:30pm.
• Full-Time Schedule: 8:30am to 5:30pm (40 hours per week)

Qualifications:

• Completion of at least one course in early childhood education or completion of Assistant Teacher training within six months of starting.
• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Education incentives available - assistance in earning your CDA at no cost.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the lead teacher in the care and education of children, including managing classroom supplies.
• Occasionally take full responsibility for the group as needed.
• Implement the center's curriculum as directed by the lead teacher.
• Assist in the assessment of children's progress when necessary.
• Support the teacher during parent meetings if required.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment both indoors and outdoors.
• Engage in physical activities with children, indoors and outdoors.
