Job Opportunity at Ginger Bread House

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Preschool Age Teacher to join our team at Ginger Bread House in McFarland, WI.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement engaging daily activities for Preschool children aged 3-4 years old.
  • Assist with indoor and outdoor activities, field trips, projects, and games.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with parents through daily updates and parent conferences.
  • Participate in family engagement activities, including parent involvement events and holiday celebrations.
  • Ensure proper supervision of children during on-site and off-site activities.
  • Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.
Requirements:
  • State licensing requirements for teaching are preferred.
  • A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
