We are seeking an experienced **Web Application Specialist** to join our team. As a key member of our web development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company's websites and internal web applications.
**Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality web applications, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and security.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging web content, including graphics and multimedia elements.
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven analysis to optimize user experience.
**Required Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in web application development, with a focus on front-end and back-end technologies.
- Proficient in a range of programming languages, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side languages like Node.js or PHP.
- Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar) and content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress or a custom-built CMS.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
