Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Select Specialty Hospital - Willingboro. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a critical illness recovery setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans to meet their respiratory needs.
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with complex medical and surgical conditions.
  • Insert and remove endotracheal tubes as needed.
  • Promote continuous quality improvement and patient safety.
  • Teach and counsel patients and families on respiratory care and disease management.

Requirements:

  • Active CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.
  • Current state licensure.
  • ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
