**Job Summary:**
Superlanet is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Epic Analyst to support a healthcare organization in Oregon. As a Senior Epic Analyst, you will play a crucial role in planning, analyzing, designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining Epic software applications.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Plan, analyze, design, implement, test, debug, and maintain Epic software applications
* Provide guidance and support to end-users to enhance the use of the Epic system
* Perform analysis and troubleshooting to resolve complex incidents
* Produce knowledge articles, architecture documents, and strategic plans to guide the technical strategy of the department
* Maintain system integrity and lead others to solve complex problems
* Lead and mentor teams, assist managers in prioritizing work, and lead projects or project steps
* Work with internal and external stakeholders for analysis and design of quality clinical build
* Follow and coach the team to adhere to standards for internal build, build documentation, and build change processes
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's Degree required or eight years of related work experience
* Minimum of six years of Epic-related experience required, with experience in an inpatient or ambulatory setting preferred
* Epic Beacon or Willow certification required at time of hire
* Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills, solid communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment
**Benefits:**
Salary negotiable based on experience. Must be open to travel on a quarterly basis.
