Position Overview

Spring Creek Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality care to our residents during the Night Shift (10PM-6AM).

At Spring Creek Healthcare Center, we are committed to delivering both short-term and long-term care to our cherished adult residents. We pride ourselves on fostering a nurturing environment where our employees are valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to residents' call lights to assess their needs.
  • Assist in turning and repositioning residents in bed to ensure comfort.
  • Provide physical assistance to residents with daily living activities, including mobility, personal hygiene, and nutrition.
  • Monitor and adhere to dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure residents receive suitable meals.
  • Document food and fluid intake and output as required.
  • Communicate any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
