Key Responsibilities:
Be punctual for shifts and appointments, and perform services within the allotted time.
Provide consistent professional massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and certification practices.
Effectively inform and educate guests about wellness concerns and services.
Be flexible with scheduling to support the spa's needs.
Properly care for equipment and manage product usage for cost control.
Maintain complete knowledge of services and products offered.
Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards as directed by law and spa policies.
Perform prep work, clean, and restock rooms as required.
Communicate incidents involving staff or guests to management.
Promote the spa, treatments, services, and retail offerings.
Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
Provide accurate and timely responses to guest requests.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a quality work environment.
Regularly attend and participate in training and staff meetings.
Assist in spa operations as requested by management.
Requirements:
Current state license
Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in a luxury resort spa environment
Guest service training a plus
