Position Summary:
The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities' equipment and utilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and piping systems to prevent downtime and ensure longevity
* Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to maintain optimal performance
* Collaborate with engineers and other craftspeople to implement process upgrades and equipment changes
* Provide input to engineering on design, installation, and maintenance of new equipment
* Coordinate with vendors for emergency facility or utility repairs
* Track and maintain service documentation for facility and utility repairs
Requirements:
* High school diploma required
* Basic knowledge of trade skills, including mechanical, plumbing, electric, HVAC, and general utility
* HVAC, plumbing, or refrigeration certificates preferred
Physical Demands:
* Ability to climb ladders, move up to 100lbs, kneel, squat, and lie on the ground to execute tasks
